Yesterday during our library time, Mrs. Mullin told the story of The Three Billy Goats Gruff to the children. During Free Choice time, some children visited the Book Nook to retell the story on our flannel board. We heard some wonderful expressive and animated voices today retelling the story!

Anna builds a sailboat with wooden shapes, nails and hammer.
Mrs. "B" introduced the Overhead Station today. The first activity available at this station is a number identification game. This station is now open and available during Free Choice time.
Today we "played" with the wooden pieces that we will soon for helping us to learn how to write our upper case letters. Be sure to ask your child about little line, big line, little curve, and bit curve. We used these wooden pieces to make "Mat Man".
We then moved to our workbooks to draw the missing pieces on "Mat Man".
